History

February 1997 Company founded in Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo with the main business purposes of urban style condominium development and sales.
March 1997 Granted real estate broker license.
Allocated shares to a third party, Mori Building Co., Ltd. or Minoru Mori (CEO of Mori Building at that time) and became a group company of Mori Building.
June 1997 Moved company office to Toranomon 1-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
August 1997 Granted Special Construction/Architectural and Construction license.
Registered as First-Class Architect Office.
September 1999 Completion of "Sunwood Akasaka Flats" (our company's first condominium).
November 1999 Completion of "Forest Terrace Shoto" (joint project with Mori Building).
October 2001 Completion of "Faro Minami Aoyama".
June 2002 Registered stocks with Japan Securities Dealers Association.
January 2003 Completion of "Garden Court Seijo".
September 2003 Completion of "Sunwood Ichikawamama Green Hills".
January 2005 Completion of "Renaissance Tower Ueno Ikenohata".

In the fiscal term ended March 2009 (consolidated), sales reached 23 billion yen, with operating profits at 2.7 billion yen, which was our highest-ever sales profits to that date.
January 2011 Completion of "Sunwood Shoto".
October 2011 Masaaki Nakajima (founder) resigned as President. Yoshimi Sasaki succeeded the position.
July 2012 Shares owned by Mori Building Co., Ltd. or the late Minoru Mori were sold and capital ties were dissolved. Left the Mori Building Group (partnership for business operations remains).
*At the end of March 2012, when our shares were sold, the Mori Building group was our company's major shareholder, owning 20.7% (including the personally-owned shares by the late Minoru Mori).
November 2012 Completion of "Sunwood Kichijoji Flats".
Began development of concept condominium properties outside of Tokyo.
October 2013 Completion of "Sunwood Akasaka Hikawa".
November 2013 Formed a partnership and capital tie-up withTakara Leben (currently MIRARTH HOLDINGS, Inc.)and became a part of the corporate group (share ratio 20.7%).
January 2015 Completion of "Sunwood Daikanyama Sarugakucho".
September 2015 Completion of "Sunwood Yoyogi Kouen".
June 2017 Completion of "Sunwood Akasaka Tangocho".
August 2017 Completion of "Sunwood Yoyogi Nishi Sando".
September 2017 Completion of "Garden Court Tama Center".
Began development of "Garden Series" suburban concept properties.
March 2018 Completion of "WHARF Udagawacho".
Launched rollout of "WHARF Series" new construction solutions business.

November 2021 Transferred all shares of the Company held by Takara Leben Co.,Ltd. (currently MIRARTH HOLDINGS, Inc.) to Keio Corporation.

December 2021 Completion of "Sunwood Kagurazaka".
June 2022 Yoshimi Sasaki (founder) resigned as President. Tsuyoshi Mori succeeded the position.
September 2022 Completion of "WHARF Akasaka Fukuyoshicho".
December 2022 Completion of "WHARF Ginza 4 chome".
January 2023 Completion of "Sunwood Seta 1 chome".
February 2023 Completion of "WHARF Kanda Misakicho".
March 2024 Delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market.
April 2024 Became a wholly-owned subsidiary following a takeover bid by Keio Corporation.
