From “Collective condominium units” to “Collective detached houses”

Since Sunwood Corporation was founded in 1997, it has been common that the most of condominium units have been designed with front doors and bedroom windows facing at the open corridor. As we believe “Safety” and “Privacy” are very essential for the condominium community life, we declared as “Sunwood Declaration” that we will not provide any condominium units with bedroom windows facing at the open corridor to aim improving its fundamental values.

Until today, we have strictly kept our commitment under this declaration, and moreover, promote 5 Brand Policies to focus on creating condominiums with high basic performance.

We consider condominium not as “Collective condominium units”, but as “Collective detached houses”. Through realizing each customer’s plans on housing, we would like to keep providing better quality of life. Additionally, we act in responsible manners, concerning social and environmental issues; at the same time, we continuously make efforts to share joy and satisfaction with customers, shareholders and investors, employees and partners.
